Talk:Marine Drive (film)

Translate? edit

Is anyone capable of translating this post-modernese gobblygook into standard English? "Many urban entities, both solid and metaphysical, are geo-televisual because, no matter how quotidian, no matter how integral to the city itself as an historical formation, they cannot be named in a communitarian vernacular: Marine Drive (G.P. Sippy, 1955) (other films...)" Hidden inside that impenetrable jargon may be some commentary useful for this article... maybe? -- TRPoD aka The Red Pen of Doom 14:56, 28 November 2015 (UTC)Reply

Potential source edit

the snippet view does not provide enough context for me to use. Does someone have full access to the work to be able to place "poor films"[1] into context. Is it "poor" overall or given the content that follows "poor return on finances"? -- TRPoD aka The Red Pen of Doom 16:43, 28 November 2015 (UTC)Reply
