I would remove the sentence She is extremely active and well recognized in her field., as it sounds a little promotional and we want to keep a neutral, encyclopedic tone.
We want to avoid what we call "relative time references", as it can be unclear to the reader what time someone is referring to. So instead of So far, she has 29 peer reviewed publications..., I would say, As of 2020, she has.... That way, even as she publishes more papers in 2021, the sentence on Wikipedia remains correct.
