In the article you can read:

As a congressman of the Falange Socialista Boliviana, he was jailed by the regime of General René Barrientos (1964–69) for his loud denunciation of the "San Juan Massacre," in which dozens of dissenting miners were murdered by the Military of Bolivia in the Siglo XX mines at St John's Eve 1967.

In my opinion this statement needs comment:

He was elected as a non-associated to the fascist Bolivian Socialist Falange on their Ballot to the Bolivian Congress.

There is no doubt that he had a relation to the Siglo XX mines, because he was employed as manager.

The way he was imprisoned on october 25th 1968 had the features of a Forced disappearance. He was held at the Internment camp Alto Madidi and later at the San Pedro prison. The book of Hugo Rodas Morales, Marcelo Quiroga Santa Cruz: 1969-1977, p. 76 shows the manuvres of the regime of René Barrientos very detailed.79.197.94.218 (talk) 09:34, 31 March 2013 (UTC)Reply

I suggest to upload a picture of Quiroga Santa Cruz to his article. There are pictures of him in his Spanish Wikipedia article.
