Did a copyedit, have some questions. In this sentence:
The East Japan Railway Workers' Union (with president Akira Matsuzaki) gave around one million dollars to fundation Kyoto-Kraków created by Andrzej Wajda and friends.
Should it say what type of 'dollars'? As in, gave the equivalent of approximately $1MM U.S.? And is 'fundation Kyoto-Kraków' a proper name? In which case it should be 'Fundation Kyoto-Kraków'. If not, it should be 'the Kyoto-Kraków foundation'.
*Proper name in Polish is Fundacja Kraków-Kyoto so in English it is the Kraków-Kyoto Foundation. You're right.*The money was equivalent of approximately $1MM U.S..
In this sentence:
The project of the building was given to the Foundation by its author as a gift. It is a modern object corresponding with ancient art of Japan.
I'm not entirely sure what it means but it isn't proper. Should it say, The building project was donated to the Foundation by its designer. And are you saying that it is a modern building? How does it 'correspond' with the ancient art of Japan? Should it say, Its modern style contrasts and compliments the ancient art of Japan it houses.

On the outside - the roof looks like a sea on old Japanese paintings (it was the intention of the architect) and next to the building it is a Japanese garden (a gift of Kyoto).

All the above are done. Sorry I took so long to get back to this, I'd thought maybe you'd be making the edits yourself, and I had to really think about how to word some of them. I hope what I wrote was OK, if it isn't let me know here or on my talk page and we can figure something out. Also found some other things (general tightening and adding a few missing words, mostly 'the'), and found two more things that you need to clarify, Nemuri:
- In 1997 Manggha received Special Award of Japanese Foundation.
This wording is odd. What is the actual title of the award? What is the 'Japanese Foundation'? I thought at first of correcting it to 'Manggha received the Special Award of Japanese Foundation', but that isn't quite right. Need more info. :-)
- In a 2006 archetectural competition, the Centre was chosen as one of twenty most interesting architectonic objects in Poland built after 1989.
'arthitectonic objects' is not a turn of phrase I am familiar with. The word 'object' to describe a building project isn't too usual, but after removing the other examples of it in the article leaving it here would be OK. Architectonic is accurate as far as I can tell, but - and I'm not an arthitect - IMO 'architectural' is more common. But I don't want to correct something out of ignorance, that's why I didn't correct it before. I was hoping maybe someone with an architectural background would step in and say something.
