Change the name? edit
This shipyard got recently bought by Damen Group. Daewoo has sold its shares in the shipyard to damen, probally because of financial problems. - I agree with having a simple, straightforward name like Mangalia shipyard. By all means, the text should note who the founders and owners have been, but the title should encapsulate the essential, namely that it's a shipyard located in Mangalia. - Biruitorul Talk 06:13, 13 December 2017 (UTC)
Damen has not acquired shares in the shipyard. In the media release quoted, Damen announced its intention to purchase shares in the shipyard. At the time of writing Damen does not possess shares in this shipyard. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 193.172.166.98 (talk) 13:03, 7 March 2018 (UTC)
