It seems to me that this should be an article about the mine, rather than the holding company that owns it.
It's the "QMM Mine" that's really making news. I propose to move it. I wonder what others think @Larataguera I started editing this one due to your list of articles needed, so giving you a ping. CT55555(talk) 22:16, 13 June 2023 (UTC)Reply
Yeah, it could probably be moved unless this company also owns other projects. Sometimes there are separate articles for mines and the companies that own them, but I don't particularly like having lots of redundant articles. It's more work. I often feel like I'm in the minority with that opinion. If the first sentence said, "QMM Mine is an ilmenite mine in Taolagstern, Madagascar that is majority owned by Rio Tinto subsidiary QIT Madagascar Minerals (QMM)." (or something like that), it would be clear enough with a redirect from the present title. Larataguera (talk) 23:15, 13 June 2023 (UTC)Reply
Thanks, I've made the change. The more I worked on this the more it is obvious that it's the mine that is notable, rather than the holding company. CT55555(talk) 15:01, 15 June 2023 (UTC)Reply
I think that "Mandena" is actually a more general title for this region of Madacascar. See for example this study about lemurs in the "Littoral forest of Mandena, Madacascar". I'll move this to Mandena mine if there's no objection. Larataguera (talk) 00:41, 25 June 2023 (UTC)Reply
