Yes, it's a page for an attempted neologism that never actually caught on, for a nebulous and un-notable "thing" that has existed – without needing a name or wankish article about it – for as long as leisure travel. It was previously nominated for deletion, and the arguments for keeping it boiled down to "I hate this, but someone created this thing in good faith, and it appears to have sources, so we should keep it to encourage her to keep editing."
