I'd proof this but I have no idea what it means: "Vasuki accepted Manasa as his sister and granted her the charge of the poison that emerged when King Prithu milked the Earth as a cow." Prithu's page says he milked a cow, but this sentence makes it sound like he milked the Earth. Also, was the milk the poison? Whoever knows, please fix it in the article. The Bengali Manasamangal which primarily narrates Manasa's tales says that Chandi is her stepmother who tormented her. Our families are worshiping Manasa Devi for long years.Looking for a scope to update the information of the Manasa Devi Page.I would also like to add my home location address in the list where the Goddess of Snakes,Manasa Devi is worshiped !
