- Just curious: why did you choose Maltese islands for the article title, instead of Maltese Islands. I'm not familiar with the place, but the opening sentence using the word "is" implies that it's a named place, like United States as opposed to United states. This Maltese government Web page uses upper case. -- Muffuletta 16:46, 30 April 2006 (UTC)
