– Merging these two articles, as the group article includes the exact same information as the album. The duo itself has not further established relevance or implied any future projects, so all relevant information can easily be included on the album page. Would also request a redirect/merger for the group article. Sock (tock talk) 23:34, 5 November 2020 (UTC) —Relisting. BegbertBiggs (talk) 00:35, 14 November 2020 (UTC)

- @Sock: Currently Malibu Ken (album) is about the music album and Malibu Ken is about the group. Anthony Appleyard (talk) 13:41, 6 November 2020 (UTC)
- @Anthony Appleyard: I know, that's why I specified their differences and redundancy. I created both articles, but I realized that the album page is almost an exact clone of the artist page, with the only substantial difference being the inclusion of critical reception and sales figures. Unless Malibu Ken announce and/or release future projects, I'm struggling to see why all relevant information can't just be on the album's page, merging the two together. Sock (
tocktalk) 14:20, 6 November 2020 (UTC)- @Sock: Currently Malibu Ken (album) is about the music album and its reception and sales, and Malibu Ken is about the group and lists its singles as well as the album but not the album's reception & sales. If I text-merge these 2 pages, and then the group releases more albums, then I will have to re-split the group's page from each album's page. Anthony Appleyard (talk) 14:55, 6 November 2020 (UTC)
- @Anthony Appleyard: That makes a lot of sense. I was fearful that I'd made redundant pages, but I absolutely see your point. Thank you! Sock (
tocktalk) 15:01, 6 November 2020 (UTC)- Should the album or the duo be the primary topic? GeoffreyT2000 (talk) 17:07, 6 November 2020 (UTC)
