I have been working with diligence on this page for the last week. While not a journalist, I am an educated person, and I have strived to represent Malibu Boats, an American company that builds boats for the waterski and wakeboard industry. I am not employed by Malibu Boats nor any other company in the boating industry, I have no Conflict of Interest here. I have used well published information as the basis of the content, and have cited my sources. I have strived to present the article in a neutral point of view.
I did try to create this page last week, but I admittedly did not follow the guidelines and necessary rules that are demanded by Wikipedia now that it has gotten so big. It was an attempt to create a stub for later expansion, but I admit it was underwhelming and did not do a good job of following the prescribed formatting and source citation rules. A result from last weeks creation was that it was deleted while I was working on it (with a collegue) and we couldn't understand why it was deleted, so I recreated it. The administrators locked the title from being created subsequently.
The suggestion was given on my talk page that a better way to create articles for wiki was to create it on a personal sandbox page, and when you have perfected it, to the point its ready for publishing to request a move. I appreciate the advice and tips the administrators of wiki have given me to help me conform to the rules and guidelines.
I am proposing that the article I have worked on for the last week in my personal sandbox [1] is now ready to be published and be moved to a page called "Malibu" or "Malibu Boats"

This article sounds like it was taken straight from a company press release. It either needs to be rewritten with a neutral point of view or deleted. The only reference is the company's website.
As an example, this is the first line on the referenced page: "In 1982, six California friends channeled their shared passion for waterskiing into designing and building a new wave of ski boats."
The first line of the History on the article: "In 1982, a group of six friends who shared a common passion for water skiing decided to start building custom ski boats in a small shop in Merced, California"
