I think that if Shendge is going to be called a 'fringe theorist' there needs to be a source for that specific identification, given that it is a somewhat prejudicial or pejorative description. I don't think that any of her reviewers call her that, though they do acknowledge that her theory is at odds with the conventional approach to the Indus scripts. I don't think that there are any decipherment or identification claims that have widespread support, so what is fringe and what isn't is a bit of an open question. --Spasemunki (talk) 08:26, 30 October 2019 (UTC)Reply
