I have removed redundant information from the lists and am tempted to trim some more.

I have removed vehicles that are no longer in the MLS fleet, and will remove the two small window cars which are due to be transferred to there new owner soon. Also removed redundant boiler ticket information and inaccurate timelines.

Accuracy of Information edit

Matthew Bell-Hills (TrainboyMBH), can you please stop adding unverified information to this page - it reduces the credibility of the entry as a source of information. I have changed the entry for AO215 to pending main line certification (unless you can provide a reference to say it actually is certified) and as for AO117, can you provide proof that this tatty car is the car being painted into MLS Blue at Feilding and not AO100 which was under restoration there.

What are the steam locomotives parked on a siding just off the Eastern Line at Mechanics Bay, Auckland? There are about 5 locos parked there in the open for at least a couple of years now, as a sort of display to Eastern Line passengers. Some are complete. South African Engines by Mainline Steam edit

Hi I have upto dated the Mainline Steam loco's in South Africa Mainline Steam owns both 15F 2909 and 2985 and 25NC 3476 and GMAM 4056 in South Africa on Lone agreement by TRANSnet and also Grant Bradley owns 15F 3153 at Epping under restoration in South Africa as well, keep this sourse as this is confirmed by Ian Welch and he owns them so does Mainline Steam in South Africa as well own them four from TRANSnet and also Grant Bradley owns 3153 too, Trooper201 (talk) 12:48, 23 November 2017 (UTC)Reply
