This article seems to have been created as a stub out of the discussion at Talk:Mail_merge#Mailshot. Looking at the discussion at Talk:Advertising mail, it seems consensus was achieved some time ago to have that as the main article. This stub can be easily merged into that article (or just replaced with a redirect).
