OFFICIAL biography of Mahdi Bray

edit

On April 13, 2009 the OFFICIAL Biography of Mahdi Bray reverted to a version that vilifies my reputation. The public log on the matter indicates "Unambiguous copyright infringement" as the indicator for reversion by Wiki editors.

23:08, 13 April 2009 Howcheng (talk | contribs) restored "Mahdi Bray" ‎ (24 revisions restored: restoring to non-copyvio version) 06:30, 13 April 2009 Bjweeks (talk | contribs) deleted "Mahdi Bray" ‎ (G12: Unambiguous copyright infringement)

To begin with, the OFFICIAL biography of Mahdi Bray was compiled by and added to Wikipedia by MAS Freedom's publications consultant, Aishah Schwartz under the Wiki Login ID: GENUINEMASF-Rep, an ID that had to be verified by return email - said email also happened to be from an account on the MAS Freedom domain. That is, and should be, sufficient enough information attesting to the fact that the content added under the title OFFICIAL Biography of Mahdi Bray is the CORRECT content, is not infringing on any copyright whatsoever, and which also happens to replace content (as seen in the April 13 version), which, as stated above, vilifies my reputation, and accordingly violates Wiki policy http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Defamation, said statement claiming that I am a supporter of Hamas.

As the OFFICIAL biography specifically reiterates, I am not now, nor have I ever been a supporter of Hamas. Ms. Schwartz will once again, today, reinsert the OFFICIAL Biography of Mahdi Bray. I hereby request further tampering or labeling of this article as infringing on copyright be dismissed once and for all and that the OFFICIAL Biography of Mahdi Bray, as uploaded by GenuineMASF-Rep on April 15, 2009 remain AS IS.

I further request under Wikipedia's Oversight policy that any and all references to my being a supporter of Hamas, whether in future edits, prior edits, logs, talks, etc. be permanently removed, and any future attempts to re-edit my biography using said defamatory statement, be immediately flagged, checked, and removed.

Additionally, I request that, should my biography be maliciously edited again, the IP address and/or user ID of the person making said edits be permanently blocked from editing and/or logging into Wikipedia. This is a matter of utmost importance and I anticipate Wikipedia's prompt response.

Sincerely, Aishah Schwartz (GenuineMASF-Rep) on behalf of Mahdi Bray, Executive Director MAS Freedom
