Details?

Why is it the description of the medal says it is worn with the orange of the ribbon towards the left shoulder while the picture shows the orange towards the right shoulder? I don't actually know how to change a picture on wikipedia or I would.

I noticed that BSF personnel such as Ram Krishna Wadhwa (No 195 in the table) is from the BSF are part of the table. 1, 2 While the rank helps identify most of the forces, the general reader will have difficulty identifying cases such as this.
