Mac Amhalghaidh chiefs of Calraighe
editMacLysaght says the sept descends from an Amhalgaidh living in the 13th century. I noticed that there are numerous occurrences of 'chiefs of Calry' named 'Amhalghadh' or 'son of Amhalghadh' within various annals from the 13th century on through to the 11th. I didn't include them in the list because of what MacLysaght said and it'd be original research on my part and a bit risky. Maybe some more info will turn up on these families.--Celtus (talk) 06:41, 10 April 2009 (UTC)
