Look at awards, the company helped reconstruct Kremlin and the owner Bexhet Paccoli had strong ties with the Russian president Boris Eltsin.

Just to clarify: the issue is not with the company. The issue is with the article. We really need more than "Mabetex is a construction company." That doesn't even meet the standards for a Stub. There are several unsupported by independent, if any, sources statements - building nearly 40% of the New Astana City, refurbishment of La Fenice, Tashkent project.
