"Ma se ghe penso" is a song in the dialect of Genoa. All over the world is a symbol of the Italian city.

What does that second sentence mean, i e in what way is it related to the song? How do you translate "Ma se ghe penso"? <KF> 19:41, 17 December 2006 (UTC)Reply

Quite simply, Ma Se Ghe Penso is the unofficial anthem of the city. Just a quick browse through newspaper articles shows a constant association between city and song ("http://ricerca.repubblica.it/repubblica?query=%22ma+se+ghe+penso%22&view=archivio"). Btw Ma Se Ghe Penso stands for But if think. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 125.14.91.25 (talk) 03:33, 9 October 2010 (UTC)Reply

The song's original lyrics may now be public domain in the United States, but this needs to be verified for us to retain the content, I'm afraid. --Moonriddengirl (talk) 16:28, 25 August 2010 (UTC)Reply
