A fact from MV Westward appeared on Wikipedia's Main Page in the Did you know column on 12 September 2008, and was viewed approximately 2,001 times (disclaimer) (check views). The text of the entry was as follows:
Did you know... that MV Westward was modeled after a salmon cannery tender?

I question the list Of vessels owned by the Church’s - I have intimate knowledge of Olympus and Malibu and have found no reference to them ever being owned by the Church family. If they were, I’d like to know the dates of ownership so I can update the histories of those vessels.
Also, I’d like to remove the statement that Westward represents the point where Geary began designing yachts. He designed sailing and motor yachts prior to Westward - example “Red Jacket” (ex-Katedna) 1920, “Wanda” 1922. Nwclassicyacht (talk) 02:54, 8 September 2019 (UTC)Reply
