When did the ship sink?

edit

This article is missing the most important piece of information an article on a historical event can contain: when it happened. Nowhere in the text of the article does it say when the ship capsized. The picture caption does give a date, 19 January 2004; however, the article is in Category:Maritime incidents in 2008. Could somebody please clear this up?
