2017 VMAs

edit

I was looking at this table just now and wondered if the situation for the 2017 VMAs should be explained a bit more, as I don't think the current format is very intuitive (though it IS correct). So, for instance, a note could be added explaining that despite MTV having viewers vote on this category, it announced during the ceremony that all nominees would be honored as winners. Or maybe that information could be added to the lead, since it's (I believe) the only time this has ever happened at the VMAs. What do others think? MTV Video Music Award for Best Video with a Social MessageMTV Video Music Award for Video for Good – This category has been known as "Video for Good" since 2019, and I think it doesn't make sense for its Wikipedia page to still have its outdated title of "Video with a Social Message", so I think this page's title should be updated to better match what it's known by now and not by its title for 10-11 years ago. 2603:6081:893D:13AC:485A:9DFF:D903:7929 (talk) 04:32, 7 August 2024 (UTC)Reply
