Just to make clear what the problem is here, here is a comparison of one passage in our article, created 16 November 2014, with the Bharat Rakshak page "M.P.Anil Kumar - Tribute to a historian" as archived on 2 July 2014:

The only difference is in the removal of the quotation marks. That's not acceptable here, and it means that the rest of article needs to be checked, and that other contributions by the same editor may also need to be looked at. Justlettersandnumbers (talk) 21:53, 16 November 2014 (UTC)
