Hello, I shall be conducting the review, coming up. -- Matthew RD 03:00, 30 May 2011 (UTC)Reply

  1. Well written: Notes below
  2. Factually accurate?: Passed
  3. Broadness in coverage: Passed
  4. Neutral: Passed
  5. Stability: Passed.
  6. Images: Fine. Passed.
  • "An estimated 3.6 million viewers watched," watched what?
  • After reading the reviews section, it seems to me it was a bit more positive than mixed. Looking back here's the verdict of the reviews;
    • The L.A. Times loved it, but found some people might not, so mixed
    • SFScope was positive
    • A.V. Club was positive
    • IGN was more positive than mixed.

I suppose if you find a fifth review and add it maybe we could decide if it is more mixed or positive.

  • "making it difficult to contact [her] by normal means"
  • I think it is better to remove "part of Olivia's mind", it is already established they are all already in her mind.
  • At least two intances of "wakes back up", I think "wakes up back" makes more sense? Although to be honest it seems they both make equally as much sense. It's up to you.
  • "as the person that will kill her", you mean "as the person who will kill her"?
  • ""Lysergic Acid Diethylamide" features the return of Leonard Nimoy to television following his earlier announcement of having retired from acting." Needs reworking
  • "Nimoy stated that when the writers approached [him] about the role"

And those are my comments. I'll leave it on hold for seven days. Thank you. -- Matthew RD 21:12, 30 May 2011 (UTC)Reply

  • All fixed (except "wakes back up" suggestion - decided they both make sense). I changed the reviews from mixed to generally positive. Thanks for the review, Ruby2010 comment! 21:35, 30 May 2011 (UTC)Reply
Then, it is a pass. Good job! -- Matthew RD 00:19, 31 May 2011 (UTC)Reply

Technical Note edit

I just watched this episode and noticed that Walter tells Astrid to mix up "2000 milligrams" of LSD. Since LSD is effective in dosages measured in tens-to-hundreds of Micrograms, this is WAY overblown. At a 100-microgram dose, that would be 20,000 doses, and even at the "classic" 250-microgram level of Albert Hofmann's famed "bicycle ride", this would be 8,000 doses.
