Style

Now it's sounding like a brochure. Needs to be more encyclopedia-like.Bjones 01:35, 23 November 2005 (UTC)

I removed it all. A lot of it, at least, was a copyvio from [1]. To the poster: please rewrite the article in your own words, don't borrow text from the university website. And keep a neutral tone. u p p l a n d 06:07, 23 November 2005 (UTC)

this article needs to be changed

this is not an objective article at all. i.e. the campus is beautiful, etc.

Agreed. I didn't even see the nuetrality dispute template. I started reading and that was the first mistake I saw...--Eddie 23:06, 13 October 2006 (UTC)

Style Correction

I made an attempt to correct the style and have begun adding information. Additional feedback on content, technique and style are appreciated. ABosio 21:59, 2 November 2006 (UTC)

This article has been flagged for "advertisement". I would like to correct any problems with this article. You can see I made an earlier revision to remove statements contributing to a biased tone. I would appreciate any help or pointers to further improve it so that it is not deleted. ABosio 13:58, 16 July 2007 (UTC)

How many states / countries?

The second line of the article says "The university currently hosts students from 40 states and 90 nations." Under "History," the article says "Today the university boasts students from 93 countries and 44 states." Can somebody corespond with them and straighten this out? 2010 Haiti Earthquake

Hey I have heard about a tour that LU had in Haiti during the 2010 Haiti Earthquake. A few students and professors of the University were missing after the quake. If there is any sources for this would it be appropriate to mention this? --12george1 (talk) 02:45, 18 January 2010 (UTC)

Ok here is the source of my information [2] --12george1 (talk) 02:47, 18 January 2010 (UTC)

Added Sections in Academics

I added two sections under "Academics". The first section describes the University's Core Curriculum "The Dialogues of Learning." The second sections describes the "January Term" requirements. I cited the university's academic catalog for both of these sections. They may need to be edited for style, since I am new to this. I also added a citation about the transition of Lynn University from Marymount College to the College of Boca Raton under "History" Girlinquestion39 (talk) 19:28, 8 March 2019 (UTC)
