He is not listed in the https://ancexplorer.army.mil/publicwmv/#/arlington-national/search/results/3/CgZwb3dlbGwSAWw-/ ANC Explorer]. FindaGrave has two listings for him: Lucien Whiting Powell at Find a Grave at Arlington and Lucien Whiting Powell at Find a Grave at the Congressional Cemetery. The info for ANC comes from http://www.arlingtoncemetery.net/lwpowell.htm. But I suspect it's wrong. It does list an obit from The Washington Star, but the publication date is 3 days before the actual internment is scheduled. He did serve in the CSA army, but was that enough to get him into ANC? – S. Rich (talk) 01:47, 15 December 2020 (UTC)
