Is a coach on one of the biggest shows on the planet not "notable" enough?

edit

Help me out. I heard a song on Youtube, googled the singer, Lubo Kirov, found his Wikipedia page that supposedly has "issues" — and was astonished to learn that one the issues stated that "The topic of this article may not meet Wikipedia's notability guideline for biographies". But he is a coach on The Voice, one of the biggest franchises in the world, and to become a coach, you're explicitly selected because you're an exceptionally famous artist/musician. A quick research shows that the local version "The Voice of Bulgaria" had some 1.5 Million viewers in 2019. Moreover, Lubo Kirov has over 76,000 followers on Instagram, including the massively successful  Herbie Crichlow, and has performed before huge crowds. Can a Wikipedia "pro" explain to me what the problem is? — because it sounds like a hugely famous person isn't notable enough for Wikipedia. What am I missing?
