do not spare the sphincters? edit
What does "do not spare the sphincters" mean? This phrase appears in the current version of the article. I would like to replace it with something more meaningful, but I need to understand it first. David Spector (talk) 19:39, 28 May 2017 (UTC)
Ileostomy not mentioned edit
Many LAR patients have a temporary or permanent Ileostomy resulting in the use of a pouch, similar to an APR Ostomy pouch. This needs to be added to the article by someone with medical expertise in this area. David Spector (talk) 12:52, 1 May 2019 (UTC)
