Accreditation

edit

Just wanted to give a heads up on what edits I have made. Firstly, this school is a mill. When the staff all has degrees from other mils and the school in question, we have issues. Secondly, I have cleaned up the whole section on accreditation. By that I mean I have deleted all the nonsense that was not related to accreditation in any way.

Lastly, this school has not been granted a charter to operate. LBU was is exempt from the law.

The wording and the word play are all aimed at furthering the mission of deception of students. Super (talk) 06:11, 15 December 2016 (UTC)Reply

Multiple problems

edit

Under the heading Accreditation there are multiple false claims and weasel word. Also its memberships and associations are not accreditation so needs to be moved.

I want to add information about its past claims to be accredited as well as it lossing the one actual accreditation it held.

Lastly it is not authorized or approved to grant degrees by anyone. They are exempt, huge difference. I am pinging User:Mvbaron because of the last reverted he did. Super (talk) 16:37, 6 December 2021 (UTC)Reply

Hej Supercopone your first part of the edit was sourced to google groups - which is not a reliable source, and the second part was unsourced. --Mvbaron (talk) 17:31, 6 December 2021 (UTC)Reply

That google is an exception due to the fact they were pioneers in distance education reform. The gentleman I cited is considered to be a top expert in degree mill and alternative education. We have a long history of using their information. I cited the schools own use of the accreditation per there website. I will improve sources and post here Super (talk) 17:36, 6 December 2021 (UTC)Reply

I’m pretty sure we can’t use personal conversations. But yeah if you have more sources, the content should be brought back! Mvbaron (talk) 18:05, 6 December 2021 (UTC)Reply

That google group on education had multiple government officials, Allan, Dr. Bear, and more. These are the people congress turns to for input on nonstandard education. I encourage you to take a look at the sources one more time. Second problem is TRACs refuses to provide information on schools it has previously accredited like LBU. So it tall occurring pre common internet makes it hard to find sources on it failing Tracs accreditation. it will put some stuff together! Thanks!Super (talk) 19:50, 8 December 2021 (UTC)Reply

Ok found a great source. Name_it_and_frame_ it.[1] Lets get those links restored. I think them losing their accreditation is something that they are wanting to hide and make claims they chose not to be accredited. Being rejected from multiple accreditation bodies is telling.Super (talk) 20:03, 8 December 2021 (UTC)Reply

Ok User:Mvbaron what do you think?Super (talk) 03:42, 21 December 2021 (UTC)Reply
