Edit war
editI've reverted Louiseenglishfancentre last round of reverts for the following reasons;
- The Louiseenglishfancentre's edits are not neutral and appear to be very much like a fanpage. Content like "wowing the audience" is not encyclopedic or neutral.
- Many of Louiseenglishfancentre's cites are to what appear to be their own personal fansite, which may (or may not) be endorsed by the article's subject. This presents a conflict of interest and an issue of primary sources.
- Louiseenglishfancentre is reverting without supplying any reason for removing edits by another user. This looks like a case of Ownership.
Could Louiseenglishfancentre explain their thinking, and also bear in mind that they are very close to breaching Wikipedia policy on edit warring. Thanks. --Escape Orbit (Talk) 21:45, 14 April 2009 (UTC)
I've also further neutralised things, and list the below as examples of uncited opinions that are not neutrally expressed;
- one of the true masters of burlesque comedy
- quickly became favourites of fans
- She stole the show
- she earned acclaim
- amazed audiences
Some of these would be almost acceptable if they were sourced from reliable sources. But currently they appear to be the opinion of one fan. It needs to be kept in mind that Wikipedia is not a fansite. Thanks. --Escape Orbit (Talk) 22:03, 14 April 2009 (UTC)
