Created article Nov 2009 edit

Added infobox, lede, text. It's organized mostly chronologically, but some of the big Athena projects (LIberty Lofts, Central Park North) are out of sequence; so I put all the Athena stuff in one place, and kept the big projects together, afterwards. I'm not sure if there's some kind of better organizing scheme possible. One problem I had was never knowing for sure when some of these projects started (they'd often take years) and many were working concurrently. What I'm saynig is that some writer better able to organize stuff may find a better format in the future.--Tomwsulcer (talk) 18:11, 4 November 2009 (UTC)Reply

Picture needed edit

If you (the person reading this?) have a PICTURE of Louis Dubin which you can upload to Wikimedia Commons, which you took, please consider uploading the picture to Wikimedia Commons so it can be included in the article. Click "upload file", click "this is entirely my own work" and click "public domain" and upload it. Choose a filename such as Louis_Dubin_Picture and here, on this talk page, tell us the filename (otherwise we probably won't find it). Then, myself or anoother editor will put it in the infobox. Thanks!----Tomwsulcer (talk) 13:26, 6 November 2009 (UTC)Reply

Pictures of BUILDINGS needed -- ones mentioned in this article. I couldn't find any pictures on the Commons of any of these buildings but they may still be there (they're hard to identify). If anybody reading this has pictures of the buildings in this article (and you own the pictures, ie you took them yourself) let me know here on this talk page, thanx or email me. See my user page.--Tomwsulcer (talk) 07:59, 17 December 2010 (UTC)Reply

Article is getting out of control edit

Wikipedia has rules such as not adding content which is unverified or unsourced. Please see WP:V and WP:RS. A contributor here has been removing sourced content and adding unsourced cruft willy-nilly to the extent that it is looking much like a sales brochure.--Tomwsulcer (talk) 08:48, 23 October 2017 (UTC)Reply
