Combinations Section added edit

Yeah, I added that. Do you think there should be a Section for a spell list?

Lost Magic or LostMagic? edit

NP says LostMagic, but I'm pretty sure the official Nintendo WFC website says Lost Magic. Any other sources to support either side?

Nintendo-Europe syas it is also one word: http://www.nintendo-europe.com/NOE/en/GB/news/article.do?elementId=C-M4Qp55AMevHl2gCjk1Wpx8fQH7u-vB Most sources suggest it is one word, but they also say it is entirely in capital letters...anyone else? bendragonbrown47 - april 26th - 20:52

Official site says it is one word, so that's what it is. I'm going to change it where it's wrong in the article. -ptfreak

The title copyrights refer to it as LOSTMAGIC (one word). 80.43.108.95 11:23, 16 July 2006 (UTC)Reply

Date Needed? edit

Now that it says the release dates on the side, does a paragrpah also saying the release dates need to exsist? - bendragonbrown47 - April 26th - 20:58

Gameplay edit

"The faster and more accurately you draw the runes, the more powerful the spell will be." Drawing runes faster has no effect on the spell; I tried it in my copy of the game and nothing made the spell more powerfull. GaleBlade 18:31, 14 May 2006 (UTC)Reply

However, the faster you draw the rune, the faster your spell will be cast. It's a trade-off between speed and accuracy - you need to draw carefully enough so you at least get the "middle" rank of correctness (as otherwise the damage is extremely mediocre) but don't take too long between casting, or your opponents may heal themselves. You are right, though. Drawing the runes fast doesn't help with a particular spell's damage... -JC 03:27, 23 May 2006 (UTC)Reply
Duly noted in that section. --71.37.113.150 01:05, 30 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

Simulation RPG? edit

It's more of a wargame or RTS. Compare LostMagic to Sacrifice (computer game) and Cannon Fodder. 80.43.108.95 11:24, 16 July 2006 (UTC)Reply

Since nobody objected, I've fixed a contradiction in the article and synchronised the introductory text with the line below. ((changes) 80.43.79.111 10:53, 18 July 2006 (UTC)Reply

Trista's Sister Spoiler not Tagged edit

Luckily I already found this out, so I was not spoiled, but the revelation of the Diva as Trista's sister is a pretty big spoiler that you don't learn until towards the end of the game. The spoiler warning does not appear until after this is mentioned. I'm pretty sure Wikipedia's policy on game spoilers is that if you can't learn the information from the manual or from the first 15 minutes of playing, then it's a spoiler. I'll change this unless anyone objects. ShadowUltra 22:56, 5 September 2006 (UTC)Reply

If that's the policy, you are wrong... I basicly learned that the diva of twilight was trista's sister from the manual, they both have the same last names there...

~VNinja~

I think, more importantly, is the fact that you don't even find out that she's the Sage of Wind until later in the game, so it's a bit of spoiler to have that information right off the bat - consider that the instruction booklet doesn't mention her Sagedom at all... In addition, it doesn't say they're sisters - the same last name might have been coincidence or had some other relationship (mother/daughter, lesbian couple (as unlikely as it may have been), cousin, whatnot)... -JC 06:22, 17 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

Wind caller priestess-something to do with wind, and no wind sage to be found. Isnt it obvious? -Sage1989

LM Glitch? edit

Should we include this in here? Next to the buff up info? The glitch that permanently raises stats unless they do something wrong with the spells.-----Sage1989 —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 168.170.197.10 (talk) 14:16, 28 February 2007 (UTC).Reply

Is there anyway you can make it so the TABLE OF CONTENTS doesn't contain spoilers? edit

Trista and the Diva both have the same last name? So they're related or something? I didn't finish playing the game yet and before I even scrolled down to look at any text (and thusly and spoiler warnings) and I already have the game spoiled? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 72.191.181.132 (talk) 06:21, 21 April 2007 (UTC).Reply

Game Endings... edit

I believe there are only 3. One is the good ending, where you give up your wand and fight the diva at the end-eventually rescuing her "from despair". Another is when you keep the wand and spare Trista near the end. Finally, the all evil path where you keep the wand and kill Trista later on-thereby getting killed by the diva afterwards. Sage1989 17:08, 6 June 2007 (UTC)Sage1989Reply

There are four endings, one which you give away the wand and Diva is killed, one where you give away the wand and Diva is saved, one where you keep the wand and kill Trista, and one where you spare Trista and fight the diva. 68.19.42.147 (talk) 00:46, 9 November 2009 (UTC)Reply
