New article

I made this to go with For a Swarm of Bees which I have been working on today (and I think is in darn fine shape if I may say so). This started with content from that article then I realized it needed a separate one. I based this primarily on the German wikipedia article. I think the prayer itself was a straightforward translation even given my limited command of old high german and modern german (I looked at both in doing it) bu feel free to improve it of course. Contrary to what you may think at first glance, these are quite important sources for scholars. Hope this is a solid start. As I have noted elsewhere I edit with very crude technology so please discuss any deletions or major changes beforehand if possible because I can't just cut and pste things around at the moment.
