This article does not appear to satisfy WP:N (nor WP:MoS). I have engaged in a search for sources that would seek to prove the the notability of the subject and failed to find anything. If anyone else can prove the subject's notability for Wikipedia — i.e., what makes Lorraine Wearne a significant enough councillor to have her own article, where sources recognise that reason — please do so.
