re Cunningham birth year,
The correct birth year for L. Cunningham is, I believe, 1935.
Here are some sources:

Unless there is any discussion, I am going to go ahead and change the birth year from 1934 to 1935. The book "Is That Really You God?, YWAM Publishing, is referenced in the main article. A birth year of 1935 can be inferred by the quote on page 17 in the 2001 version of the book.
