The deeper parts of the harbor are enclosed by a long seawall with only two entrances. On Google Earth you can see two submarines pierside (where there are 3 piers in a row). The satellite image is obviously lower resolution in this area.Pacomartin (talk) 22:15, 14 March 2009 (UTC)Reply

There is nothing innately sinister about countries having naval bases on their soil. The "threat" statements need to be attributed to the persons who feel threatened. Hcobb (talk) 20:27, 30 November 2013 (UTC)Reply
