London county council cottage estate → London County Council cottage estate – upper case needed ClemRutter (talk) 14:57, 16 December 2016 (UTC) Upper case is needed -somehow it became 'helpfully' stripped before creation completed. I have left the correct title as a redirect so I contine to place the links in 16-20 articles--ClemRutter (talk) 14:57, 16 December 2016 (UTC)
