I've created this page as a start - there is a biography of Butler on ODNB and also references to her here, here, and here, in this book (see quote here).
There's also a video of her competing in an air race here, and a beautiful portrait here which might be okay to upload to Commons under Crown Copyright rules - I'm not sure so please do check. Zeromonk (talk) 08:51, 28 October 2016 (UTC)Reply
