It is being reported LocusPoint plans to resell the TV frequency spectrum to wireless providers.
"LocusPoint, which did not return a call for comment, has been buying low-powered stations in anticipation of the auction, according to the websites. Television stations in large cities will take bids through the auction to give up their broadcast frequencies, which will then be resold to wireless carriers."
