Talk:Loch Arbour, New Jersey

Latest comment: 7 years ago by InternetArchiveBot in topic External links modified

In 1957 condos in the US didn't even exist yet, per Condominium#United_States, so it seems fishy that Loch Arbour would have incorporated to protect itself against the threat of a form of housing ownership that wasn't even legally recognized in New Jersey at the time. Something doesn't add up. Is it that they were actually just proposed apartment buildings, and the story got changed somewhere along the line? Many former high end apartment buildings were converted to condos after they were made legal, of course. The NY Times doesn't cite a source of course.
