I've been working on a rewrite for this article, found in my sandbox. In there, I've removed the references temporarily, but will add them soon. Any comments would be greatly appreciated.
The reason I've removed the references was that the reference style in this version is all over the place, and quite inconsistent. Should I keep the old references, or just redo it completely as well?
In addition, there are also two unused references, the first of which is unused and the second of which has a 404 for the related page. I've deleted it in my version, but if people think they should be kept, please let me know.
