Dragnea NDA investigation

Hey,

I would like to add some extra information on Dragnea being investigated by Romania's Anticorruption Agency for inciting other to abuse their power and commit forgery. I suggest using the original indictment bill as a source in Romanian, and two English articles to back up the information contained therein:
