Fair use rationale for Image:Live album cover.jpg edit

Image:Live album cover.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Grand Funk Live edit

If one reads the article about this album, made from "liner notes" they will realize some of the story is "fake news". See the link in External noted as Live At grandfunkrailroad.com On that page all will see the album was actually recorded, at the very least, in part, at Sarasota, Florida. I know that is absolutely true because it is my voice the introduces them on the whole recording. Grand funk had actually just finished recording at 6 huge venues. At each and every one, Terry Knight told me they made the hurried extra stop at Robarts Arena to try again to get a usable recording. Door slamming at all the other areas wrecked what they had. Marge Sextant of Gulf Artist Productions promoted the show with just two days of advertising on the radio station I was the Program Director and morning show host of. Terry Knight - Grand Funks personal agent & promoter told me exactly what to say. Instructed me to say no more but when Mark Farner was have ground reversal problems with his microphone, I went on stage and said something Terry did not want me to say, so it was cut out on the finished recording of the intro. You can hear the edit on the recording and a review of the master recordings at Capital Records would bare that fact out. I believe the entire recording was made in Sarasota regardless of liner notes or any other talk. Note, the acoustics of the recording NEVER changes. At the time of the recording I used the DJ name Jim E. (Madman) Mikels. My real name is Carl Sundberg and I was never credited with introducing the entire world to Live Hard Rick concert recordings. My station at the time was owned by Lowell W. (Buddy Bud) Paxson, the man who went on to later found Home Shopping Network and later PAX TV. The station was WYND one of America's first progressive rock radio stations. I thought wikipedia was a creditable source of information until I reviewed this article and now I wonder how much other "fake news" makes up this site. I edited once, someone changed it. I was never notified of the change and I believe now wikipedia is just anyone's personal fake news and information site. Shame on you. I wish now I never gave a donation to keep it going.
