How should I chronologically order the treaties? When they are signed? When they become in force? When the convention is started? It looks to me, that a lot of ordering is needed, because some are ordered not correctly.

The mere fact of the US not being a party to a treaty surely doesn't make it relevant. E.g., the US verifiably is not a party to the Treaty of Tordesillas, but it isn't listed. The intent of this article seems to be to list treaties that the US might be expected to have ratified, but hasn't (or has denounced). This list is going to need some sort of objective criteria that restrict it to relevant treaties, but I'm not sure how to best specify it.
