The text added by User:Simionwsimion on 24 December 2015 and then again on 25 December 2015 is not appropriate for this page for the following reasons:

The text reads like a personal essay, which is against Wikipedia style; see WP:NOT#ESSAY.
The text discusses psychotherapy and this page is not specifically about psychotherapy but rather about therapy in general; as the page says: "This is a list of types of medical therapy, including forms of traditional medicine, alternative medicine, and quackery. For psychotherapies and other behavioral and psychological intervention methods, see list of psychotherapies."
This page is a stand-alone list, designed to be a concise list of topics, and a large quantity of prose in the lead section is not necessary; see WP:SAL. Of course, the text added by User:Simionwsimion is neither necessary nor appropriate, because it is off-topic, as explained in number 2 above.
