European countries
editGermany, France, the UK, Italy, Spain - these are all major trading nations of China. The EU is a trading bloc with conformed tariffs but that doesn't mean that listing figures for the EU means there's no need to list each European country.
Besides, the UK is not even part of the EU. And its China trade is around GBP 80 billion ($113bn), far more than many of the countries on the list.
Context for listing Hong Kong?
editWhat is the context for listing Hong Kong? Although an SAR it is part of China, can it really be described as a trading partner of China? Presumably almost of the goods continue on to a further destination, no? Historian932 (talk) 02:35, 13 August 2011 (UTC)
I have removed Hong Kong which is part of China.DanJazzy (talk) 10:15, 14 May 2015 (UTC)
EUROPEAN COUNTRIESThe list should include European countries like GERMANY, FRANCE, BRITAIN, ITALY, SPAIN and NETHERLANDS, above all Germany which is the largest European trade partner of China.--83.54.107.81 (talk) 02:11, 5 November 2012 (UTC)
- I agree; and the UK is not listed even though it's not in the EU.

Table 2 is China exports to country?
editIn Table 2, data from 2011, the "Exports" column is who China exports to, correct? Perhaps the column header text could be clarified to show "China exports to" and "China imports from".

- This still seems to be a problem. I don't know if the EU exports more to the China or if it is the other way around. --Eureka360 (talk) 07:58, 29 August 2019 (UTC)

Wrong values in table "largest Chinese partners"
edit- In the second table ( largest Chinese partners in billions of US Dollars for 2015), the "total trade" figures should be (exports + imports), not (exports - imports).
- Trade balance should be (exports - imports), currently the value given is (exports - 2*imports).
- I would have changed the values myself, but the text states "2015", while the reference given is data from 2011. So I'm not sure if the import and export figures are correct. Prevalence 16:01, 8 April 2018 (UTC)
