Sources edit

When creating this article I was pretty surpised that no government list seems to exist for with size included (state or federal), so the information for this list has come from wikipedia articles, Kidman & Co, AACo, NAPCo, Jumbuck, CPC and Paraway websites. It is possible some properties are missing from this list and some of the more dated references (eg. De Grey) are no longer correct. Hughesdarren (talk) 02:35, 4 January 2013 (UTC)Reply

Sturt Downs edit

An IP editor left this in the See also section (possibly as a suggestion for the list?). A quick search on Google shows that it does exist, but I found no indication as to its size. - Evad37 (talk) 15:20, 21 May 2013 (UTC)Reply

Same, Sturt Downs is a property in the NT somewhere, but has very little info online. The other possibility is Sturt Creek, which is an outstation of Ruby Plains. Hughesdarren (talk) 09:47, 22 May 2013 (UTC)Reply

Maximum Stock edit

I feel there may be notable value in adding a column for the maximum stock count. This is deeply dependent on climate and geography. For example, Anna Creek is the largest station but supports only 16,000 head of cattle while Lake Nash station is half the size but supports up to 55,000 head of cattle. More cattle means more workers, more vehicles and more infrastructure. Some readers may consider Lake Nash to be a "larger" station due to the greater scale of its operations, and may wish the ability to sort the list on that basis. What do others think? Formatting issues edit

Not sure if this is something on my end or not, but the new layout makes the formatting of this article look very bad on my 1080p screen - its the top blurp, then a bunch of pictures next to blank space, then comes the list 80.151.239.1 (talk) 09:39, 3 February 2023 (UTC)Reply
