What is the ordering being used in this table? edit

Looking at the table, there is no apparent order. What would be appropriate? I was thinking primary sort would be by status (operating, approved, planned), then by date at which that status was achieved? Your thoughts? Kerry (talk) 07:35, 10 September 2021 (UTC)Reply
