As a user new to Subversion and interested in more information, I found this page very useful, and I am surprised it has been nominated for deletion. I would have found it useful even if it had had no links on it (though I found it more useful with the links). I recognize that it would be better if the descriptions of each piece of software were more complete, but even as it, I found it helpful. If this page does not currently meet Wikipedia's standards, I hope it can be fixed, rather than deleted.—Preceding unsigned comment added by 216.241.54.132 (talkcontribs)

Wikipedia isn't a web directory. For that, use the Open Directory Project (dmoz). Mindmatrix 15:53, 23 November 2007 (UTC)Reply
I'm working on improving this so that it's at least a stub. I closed the AfD with no intent in getting involved, but got sucked in. Bearian (talk) 22:19, 26 November 2007 (UTC)Reply
