The referencing system failed back on 11 March 2017, probably when the number of references reached 1300 (Warning: Template include size is too large. Some templates will not be included). As a consequence even the five main reference souces in the intro para are no longer identifiable (except through the Edit page - not a recommended method for visitors!).
